This Real Estate Exchange Contract is celebrated between ....., with Identity Card Number: ....., domiciled in ....., hereinafter referred to as THE EXCHANGER and ....., with Identity Card Number: ....., domiciled in ....., hereinafter referred to as THE CO-EXCHANGER, under the following terms and conditions:
FIRST: THE EXCHANGER as sole owner of his property commits himself to give his property to THE CO-EXCHANGER in exchange. Said property is destined to ....., located in ....., integrated mainly by ....., with the incorporated and separable things..... will be referred to as from now on as PROPERTY 1. THE CO-EXCHANGER commits himself to give, in exchange for PROPERTY 1, the property destined to ....., located in ....., integrated mainly by ....., with the incorporated and separable things ..... will be referred to as from now on as PROPERTY 2.
SECOND: PROPERTY 1 as well as PROPERTY 2 are handed over in the state of conservation that they are currently in, that THE EXCHANGER and THE CO-EXCHANGER declare to know and accept.
THIRD: The costs to maintain PROPERTY 1 and PROPERTY 2 before the day of signing the deeds are in charge of THE EXCHANGER and THE CO-EXCHANGER respectively. In the same way, after said day, costs for PROPERTY 1 will be taken care of by THE CO-EXCHANGER and costs for PROPERTY 2 by THE EXCHANGER. Both parties will have to make the necessary paper work to change both ownerships in the maximum term of..... days. All costs regarding that paper work will be paid by the parties.
FOURTH: PROPERTY 1 will be handed over with the phone line..... . PROPERTY 2 will be handed over with the phone line..... . THE EXCHANGER and THE CO-EXCHANGER agree to mutually exchange all the rights for the phone lines.
FIFTH: The handing over of the properties and the signing of the deeds will be done in the maximum term of..... days. EIGHT: The present real estate contract is signed with the consent of the spouses, who sign this agreement as well.

TWELVTH: Both parties will resolved any problems that require litigation, on the court located in ....., giving up any other that might correspond them.
THIRTEENTH: The parties agree that in the event any arrears have to be paid by anyone, the Procedimiento Judicial Ejecutivo (Executive Juridical Procedure) will be used to handle the situation. The certification for the act of inability to comply will be issued by the Public Lawyer ....., the quantification of the amount paid will be done by the Public Accountant..... .
