We are 1 Argentine and 1 Californian, young guys looking for a 3rd roommate. Each of us has its own bedroom (you'll have yours) we are really laid back, hard-working and also like to get together with friends and go to parties.

Your room is nice and cozy, plenty of light. It has a bed, a wardrobe and a fancy desk, the floor is wooden. Although the apartment is located downtown, in a very convenient location, the room overlooks a quiet alley, which makes it easy to sleep at night! :)
The common areas (kitchen, bath, living room, service room) are really cool to welcome anybody (if you are the kind of person that likes bringing people over all the time). In the living room, we have a bar.

All costs are included in the price: wifi internet (3mb works great!), free local calls, weekly maid service, etc.

Location is really convenient and and is close to a range of public transit options. Just 2 blocks away from the B and D subway lines (both named CALLAO). Just 2 blocks away from Av. Santa Fe (if you like shopping), minutes away from the obelisk and the historic part of Buenos Aires. Just a short cab ride away from Palermo and walking distance to most of the Universities.
