Buenos Aires - Rental Contract Vacancy Agreement

The following Rental Contract Vacancy Agreement is signed between Mr. ....., of nationality ....., being .....of marital status, who proves his identity with Identity Card Number: ..... with residence at ....., in the area of ....., Province of Buenos Aires, which from now on will be referred to as: THE LANDLORD, and Mr. ..... , of nationality ....., being..... of marital status, who proves his identity with Identity Card Number:....., with residence at ....., in the area of ....., Province of Buenos Aires, which from now on will be referred to as: THE TENANT. This agreement is subject to the following terms and conditions :

FIRST: The TENANT will occupy the property mentioned on the Rental Contract signed on the day ....., of the month ....., of the year ....., starting from ..... .

SECOND: The stay of THE TENANT is being discussed. The problem is solved by means of the present agreement, resulting in benefits for both parties.

THIRD: It is stipulated that THE TENANT will vacate the property being rented, handing it back to THE LANDLORD free of any kind of occupants, on the day ....., of the month ....., of the year ..... at..... Hs. The property is expected to be clean and in the state of conservation prior to it being rented. If THE TENANT was unable to fulfill those conditions, he/she will pay THE LANDLORD the amount of $..... for each day after the expiring time. THE LANDLORD is authorized to ask for the indemnity mentioned with out intervention on the court. If it was necessary, THE LANDLORD will keep intact, all of its rights regarding this real estate contract

FOURTH: When the term for this agreement expires and all of its conditions have been fulfilled, THE LANDLORD will have to return the amount of $..... given to him/her by THE TENANT as means of warranty deposit for the rental.

FIFTH:The guarantor for THE TENANT agrees to all the terms and conditions on the present document.

SIXTH: Both parties have the right to ask for a confirmation of the present agreement, and ask for as much conservatory measures in order to have the real estate contract fulfilled.

SEVENTH: In respect to other occupants of the property other than THE TENANT. He/She declares to be the only occupant.

EIGHT: Any notification that might arise from the present agreement will be received by the parties and the guarantor in the addresses mentioned above, respectively. All notifications sent to those addresses will be taken as valid.

NINTH: Both parties will resolved any problems that require litigation, on the court located in ....., giving up any other that might correspond them.

In witness whereof, the parties have entered into the present agreement in two originals.
