Buenos Aires - Acceptance Agreement Cancellation

In the city of Buenos Aires, on the day ....., of the month ....., of the year ..... . The following is agreed on between Mr. ....., Identity Card Number: ....., domiciled at ....., hereinafter referred to as THE GRANTOR and Mr. ....., Identity Card Number: ....., domiciled at ....., hereinafter referred to as THE GRANTEE. This Acceptance Agreement Cancellation refers to the property located at the street ..... and in the area of ..... .When the Acceptance agreement for the above mentioned property was signed THE GRANTOR on this document was the buyer and Mr. ....., Identity Card Number: ....., domiciled at ....., hereinafter referred to as THE TRANSFERRED SELLER acted as the seller in the real estate contract taking place on the day ....., of the month ....., of the year ..... .This cancellation is subject to the following terms and conditions :

FIRST: The total price for this cancellation is set in the amount of $....., in cash. THE GRANTEE will pay that amount to THE GRANTOR. This real estate contract serves as a receipt for the just mentioned transaction.

SECOND: THE GRANTEE assumes all the responsibilities that the buyer had in the Acceptance Agreement being referenced in this document. He/she also declares to have complete knowledge of the clauses taking part in said real estate contract and shows conformity with them.

THIRD: THE TRANSFERED SELLER shows conformity with the current cancellation and grants the deed of the property to THE GRANTEE. The deed must be handed in a term of equal time to the one agreed in the real estate contract involving THE GRANTOR.

In witness whereof, the parties have entered into the present agreement in three originals in the city of Buenos Aires.
