UNIVERSITY RESIDENCE GRANDMA'S HOUSE, FOR WOMEN ONLY
Who we are: We are a family that has lived in this neighborhood and in this same house since 1925. This big house is thought to be shared with students of Graduate or Postgraduate studies (or similar). The warm and cozy atmosphere is to reflect our intention which is undoubtedly to make you feel at home.
How we accomplish this: Our rules for coexistence will allow you to meet your needs while taking into account the needs of the other roommates.
How we differ from other places: We have a privileged location in a central area surrounded by shops, banks, restaurants and bars. We are located on an important avenue where you can find several bus-lines and transfer companies. We are 150 meters from the train station, 15 minutes from the capital and less than 10 minutes on foot from the National University of Lanús (UNLa).
In our house you will have access to a complete service, not to mention that any need or concern you might have, will be talked so a solution / agreement can be reached. At our place your only concern should be to study.

FACILITIES:
Rooms: Shared bedrooms up to two and three people each. They are well ventilated with a window and roller blind, in addition, each bedroom has an air conditioner (cold/heat), one study table and chairs. Each student will have an independent closet that can be locked with his/ her own padlock. Next to each bed (equipped with a high density mattress) there is a double plug with a mobile docking station and a night light for reading.
Bathrooms: Private bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink next to the bedrooms. A dressing room with two toilets, two bidets, two showers, two sinks, a bench and racks next to the dining room.
Dining room: Feature table, chairs, Smart TV with cable, Netflix and Youtube, libraries full of books at your disposal, plus a playroom.
Kitchen: Full kitchen open 24 hours with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, blender, electric juicer, electric toaster, mixer and tableware of all kinds. (beware not to disturb other roommates at certain hours)
Gym: Open from 7 am to 11 pm except for Mondays, which it is open from 7 pm to 11 pm (beware not to disturb other roommates at certain hours)
Laundry: The service includes a one per week laundry service in the washing machine plus the laundry space to be used anytime.
100 Megas free WiFi
We offer: Accommodation with breakfast or with half board. Broad range of options. Packed lunches (optional). We provide sheets, blankets, hand towels, towels and soap. Healthy nutrition will be provided when requested and also special diets such as celiac, diabetic, hypertensive, lactose intolerant, etc. will be taken into account. English and Portuguese spoken.
RULES FOR COEXISTENCE: Entry and exit 24 hours - Respect silence from 22hs (10 p.m.) until 8hs. (8 a.m.). Make use of all the facilities always respecting the others. Sheets and towels will be changed once per week. Room cleaning to be made three times a week. No guests are accepted
