The property is located on the Stella Maris neighborhood, next to the Los Troncos neighborhood, the most affluent and sought.-after area in Mar del Plata. Playa Chica beach is 100 metres left from the building. Cabo Corrientes beach is 300 metres right from the building. Parque san Martin is a park that begins right next to Playa Chica and extends for about 1km to the south until Playa Grande beach.

12 blocks east from the building is the Calle Guemes commercial area, a street with 15 blocks full of shops, bars and restaurants.

2km south from the building is the Mar del Plata Golf Club, one of the best 18-hole courses in Argentina and the venue for all major championships held in the country.

The port is 3 km south from the apartment. Fishing enthusiasts have the chance to fish either from the coast or off-shore. Fishing equipment is available for hire. There are also a number of good fish and seafood restaurants.
