Single room with private bathroom, very bright. High ceiling and wooden floor. Well furnished. Yard with lots of plants and a little terrace. There are other 4 students living in the house. There´s a medium size dog and sometimes my cat too, around in the house.
Shared kitchen fully equipped, wi-fi connection, and washing machine available. Weekly cleaning service.
We´re in Boedo, a quiet and well connected quarter, 5 blocks from a large park, Parque Patricios, where you can go jogging. Neighbourhood of houses, very quiet at night. Close to commercial center of Boedo and Parque Patricios, where you can find shops, bars, cafes and beer-houses. Well connected area, you can get easily by bus or subway to other parts of town.
We´re 5 blocks from subway line H (Hospitales Station) and 9 blocks from line E (Boedo Station). Many bus lines close to the house. There´s also a cycle-path just in front of the house, and it connects with a network of cycle-paths around the city. You can rent a bike in the rental-bike station at 2 blocks from the house. Usually it doesn´t take longer than half hour to get to downtown.
Refundable deposit of 100 USD. Monthly price 280 USD, includes all taxes and bills, wifi, and a weekly cleaning service.
