Located: Peron St., 2 blocks away Corrientes Av., in Almagro which is a very nice and safe neighborhood; it has easy access to public transport (buses and subways) to travel across the city and other areas. It is at 4 blocks from Rivadavia Avenue, Subway Line A, Castro Barros station and 2 blocks from Corrientes Avenue, Subway Line B, Medrano station. Ten minutes from the Downtown.

You will find museums, movies, theaters, cultural centers, shopping centres, several cafes and restaurants, universities, Spanish and tango schools and ?milongas? near the apartment. We can recommend some of them.

I am available to help my guests with their Spanish homeworks, practice language or guiding them about the places to visit in BA, or where take tango classes, etc.

The room is available right now. It well worth a visit!

The rent is 400 dollars per month for long terms.
