- ground floor apartment 150 mts from the waterfront, for 4 people maximum (is 2 atmospheres). fully furnished / equipped (lcd, tv, dvd, etc.) and has parking space / single garage and own private patio with barbeque. when picking up the keys requested $500 security deposit, which is refunded upon return of the keys and check the apartment. (Not before 72 hours of the completion date of the contract). the keys are removed and returned in federal capital. In high season only rent per fortnight. the rest of the year is upon request (x day, weekend, week, etc.). no pets. if you are interested in making a reservation, we need to leave a sign of 50% (personally villa park, or deposit / bank transfer).
