You will live in a comfortable apartment totally renovated in good taste. It is located in one of the most elegant, exclusive and vibrant areas of Buenos Aires, the Recoleta neighborhood.

The apartment has a balcony along the living room area extending to the bedroom. The whole apartment is in very good condition.

Live like a Porteño in chic Recoleta with many attractions nearby, and you will be in the perfect place to move around.

1) LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM

The room is furnished with brand new furniture of good quality, decorated all in white and illuminated in modern style. It has a wooden floor. There is a white couch/bed in the living room to accommodate one additional guest. Modern gauze curtains.

Tapestry hanging on the wall. A country-style table that was used by the hands on our farm , with four period chairs. In front of the dining room table there is a wall-to-wall mirror that gives light to the room. There is a chandelier to illuminate the table.

2) BALCONY

The balcony is along the two main places of the apartment, the living room and the bedroom. It is decorated with plants.

During spring and summertime, you will see blue flowers (Mexican Ruellias) through the window of your bedroom.
There are also Indian Canes and lovely white flowers (Impatiens Waleriana or Alegrías del Hogar), which are in bloom all the year round. You will see them through the living-room floor to ceiling doors. The maid will take care of them. It is well-illuminated so you can enjoy it by night.

3) BEDROOM

The room is painted in a lilac color and has a window with a view of the balcony. Double-size bed, and goose feather eiderdown or comforter. Gauze Curtains.
