We are renting an apartment to foreigners. The apartment is located in Buenos Aires neighborhood "Caballito", 10 blocks from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) Puan campus, and close to the Parque Centenario UBA campus. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a very quiet building, facing towards the background, not towards the street. As we live (my husband and I) very near from the apartment, we are always available to help the person who comes to live.
The commodities of the apartment are: 2 bedrooms, living room, the kitchen integrated into the living room, bathroom (with bathtub), and a small laundry.

The whole apartment is very bright. There is air-conditioning in the living room, and heaters in both bedrooms and the living-room. It is completely equipped and furnished.
There is a subway station 1 block away, and it is only a 20 minute subway ride to the Center of the city.
