The apartment is very comfortable as it has a modern kitchen very well equipped with refrigerator and dispenser for cold water, electric stove and oven excellent quality, dishwasher, wash / dryer machine, and dining room either for lunch or breakfast, plus it has a cozy living and dining room with modern, refined and tasteful furniture. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, night tables, TV, walk in closet with mirrored doors and a bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and lavatory. The second bedroom is furnished / equipped with two single beds that can be converted into a queen size bed. The second bathroom which is placed along an aisle which leads to the private area of the apartment (the bedrooms) is also complete. The building is very modern with a nicely decorated entrance and an alarm system. On the top floor there is a swimming pool with solarium. There is also a BBQ area for "asado" fans. The rental price, as in almost all short term rentals, includes bed linen, towels, electricity, building expenses, cable TV, telephone controlled line, water and city taxes.
