Big old house in Palermo Soho. 3 blocks from Plaza Serrano (Cortazar) and 2 from Córdoba, where there're many bus lines that take you to all the city.
The idea of the house is an exchange of livings and cultures, to share a time in everyone life, with respect, brotherhood and a cool time. The house is all rented by guys from argentina and other countries. They live by themselves and orginize each other to share the house and have a good time with all the respect.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 1 living/dinning room, kitchen with fridge, microwave, 2 bathrooms, 1 patio with grill, a washing machine and a place to hang the clothes.
The rooms are shared with one or two other guys, with furniture, cabinets, wi-fi. We have a cleaning service once a week. TV in the living room.
In the kitchen and the living room we meet each other to dinner, chat and have a good time.
The visits have to be trusted to be secure in the house.
The price includes all service except the washing of clothes and the phone calls.
The neigborhood has many trees, bars, pubs and restaurants. It's very quite and safe.
